Your time needs to be placed where it produces the most money!
Indeed, how you prioritize every hour of your time, is critical. Every hour of your time at work is precious. If you can’t control the use of your time, you cannot control money. It’s that simple.
A few community pharmacy owners are creating massive amounts of riches in their pharmacy today, in spite of third party payers and the recession. The key is this: They do not spend any time at all on tasks that do not produce important amounts of money. Indeed, they devote all their time to those things that create much bigger margins and the most cash flow. Thus, they focus with laser-like intensity on where the BIG MONEY is!
Your time is the most valuable asset you have— it needs to be protected and controlled. You should be making money from each activity to which you devote time— and your return on each should be proportionate to the amount of time that you devote to it.
Where Should You Spend Your Time?
There is absolutely no sense in spending one minute on anything that does not produce maximum profits and maximum cash flow.
